Below is a list of the terms and conditions that apply to all parties defined as Entire Scotland, the client and the accommodation provider when using the Entire Scotland Website and its affiliate's websites, (all listed in No1).  If there are any points for which you require clarification or further explanation, please contact us.

You would come to these terms from the usual source which is from of OUR accommodation guides about the particular accommodation.

Each body is defined below and will be used throughout this terms and conditions for clarification.

 The Client is the person making the enquiry/booking.
 Accommodation Provider is the accommodation whose property is being booked.
 Entire Scotland is all the bodies defined in No1.

  1. Entire Scotland Group.
    All Entire Scotland group and its affiliate websites consist on the following Entire Scotland  www.entirescotland.co.uk & www.entirescotland.com

  2. While using this service both the The Client and the Accommodation Provider will adhere to Entire Scotland terms and conditions. Any deviation can result in any booking/enquiry being null and void.

  3. How Our System Works.
    The Entire Scotland Group and its affiliate websites are originally geared for tours and transport but allow our websites to arrange the following;

    a).  The Client to make direct enquiry to all accommodation listed on Entire Scotland Group websites via our secure server system.
    Entire Scotland take no responsibility if the Accommodation Provider do not reply or late reply to The Client for any reason, example, their internet connection down, their staff not dealing with the enquiry etc..
    Entire Scotland
    can decline an enquiry or reply to the The Client if upon submitting an enquiry The Client does not submit a valid phone number or for any other reason we see fit.


  4. a). Entire Scotland and its bodies reserver the right to change the way The Client contact the Accommodation Provider at anytime with no reason given.

    b). The Accommodation Provider will receive The Client request at which point the Accommodation Provider will submit costs and any other information which is relevant. The Accommodation Provider will supply a total cost which will include 10% omission which The Client will pay from the credit card supplied.
    ## (Entire Scotland can contact the Accommodation Provider direct and supply the price through our admin section if there is a delay in the Accommodation Provider reply for any reason) ##.
    During the process neither the Accommodation Provider or the Client will not be allowed to send their contact details on our system.

    c).  The Client will then be able to receive a reply with prices quote direct from the accommodation provider for the service and The Client can then decide to continue or decline on our secure system. ## Entire Scotland may submit price on behalf of the accommodation provider

    d).  Upon continuation The Client must submit his/her Credit/Debit card details on our secure server for a 10% deposit and guarantee, Both deposit and guarantee will only happen after Accommodation Provider has confirmed booking. Upon submission of these details the Accommodation Provider will receive mail and will be asked to confirm booking via a secure link or cancel availability.

    e1).  As soon as Accommodation Provider confirms booking, (the Accommodation Provider will then be under legal contract with The Client and visa versa ), a direct e-mail through our secure system will be sent to The Client informing them that the service is now confirmed.  At which point, (under our terms and conditions) the Accommodation Provider must contact The Client with their full contact details.  

    Please note: There will be a 12 hour honeymoon period from when the Accommodation Provider confirms booking, (the Accommodation Provider will then be able to cancel the booking with The Client, for example if the accept button was clicked instead of decline) The Client, will be informed by either the Accommodation Provider or Entire Scotland about the booking decline.

    ## (Entire Scotland can contact the Accommodation Provider direct to confirm is room(s) are still available and then confirm the booking through our admin section if for sum reason the Accommodation Provider has not been able to reply for any reason) ##

    e2) If the The Client does not receive a reply from the Accommodation Provider within 4 hours of our bookingcentral email confirmation then we suggest The Client contact the Accommodation Provider.
     
    e.3). If at the time the Accommodation Provider does not have availability, the Accommodation Provider will click on the no availability link, where an e-mail will be sent immediately to The Client.  At this point after cancellation, The Client credit card will NOT be debited and details will be deleted.

    e.4).  At the point of Accommodation Provider confirmation of booking, (the Accommodation Provider will then be under legal contract with The Client and visa versa ), The Client credit card will be debited for the 10% deposit

    e.5).
    The accommodation will be contacted, (if the Accommodation Provider has asked for card details on the initial enquiry form, if not then the Accommodation Provider will contact us for card details), (after the customers deposit has been debited), by Entire Scotland member with the customers credit card details of Long card number and expiry only. This means that if there is a now show, the accommodation can then debit their credit card under their terms and condition of the booking your accepted. If credit card does not go through the accommodation will do exact same as normal and contact the customer direct. (remember the credit card would already have gone through in the past with Entire Scotland for the deposit)


  5. All successful accommodation bookings through the Entire Scotland Group of websites will result in the full contact details of the Accommodation Provider being presented to The Client by confirmation e-mail from the Accommodation Provider.
    All accommodation providers under our terms and agreement must contact The Client by e-mail with our reference number and their own reference number, (if applicable) with their full contact details.


  6. Free Of Charge
    Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our service / Booking fee or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate. We will charge your credit card 10% deposit, (non refundable) on the cost of your total stay and you will pay the accommodation directly for the balance of your stay.  Your credit card will be held by the Entire Scotland group as a guarantee for the booking you have reserved.


  7. Responsibility
    It is the responsibility of The Client to contact the individual Accommodation Provider. The Client would have received the contact e-mail address of the accommodation provider on Entire Scotland our confirmation e-mail.  If The Client has not received a email from the booked accommodation, supplying their own full details then The Client can contact us here and we will supply their details.


  8. Supplying Credit Card/ Debit Card.
    When booking via Credit Card / Debit Card please make sure Card is in the name of the person making the booking, If not in the name of the person making the booking then we will require additional information stating Credit Card is authorized by the person whose name is displayed on the card. We also require the address the card is registered too. If there is a problem with your card, we will contact you to ask for details of a different credit card. If this is not possible, we will not confirm your reservation and notify you by email Should you fail to comply with the Accommodation Provider Cancellation Policy (please check this with your accommodation provider as these may vary) or indeed not arrive for your reservation Entire Scotland has already supplied you by telephone your credit card information directly to the accommodation at which your booking is made in order that the first nights payment can be taken.

  9.  The Accommodation Provider will be supplied with The Clients credit card details as security if there is a no show, or cancellation of service.
    Unless the Accommodation Provider asked for credit card details to hold as security on their original priced reply.

    We take credit card fraud very seriously so during transmit to us of your credit card details, it will be encrypted as we are using "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" certificated electronic technology for our services.


  10. Under Accommodation Providers Terms and Conditions.
    Once The Client  has booked any Accommodation Provider through Entire Scotland groupThe Client will fall under the terms and conditions of the individual Accommodation Provider.   There for if The Client wishes to cancel the reservation, The Client can do so by contacting the  Accommodation Provider  by whatever means The Client desires which The Client would have received details after the Accommodation Provider had confirmed booking through the Entire Scotland group server. Always state our booking reference when The Client contacts the Accommodation Provider. The Reference number can always be found on the e-mails that were on your corresponding e-mails through us.


  11. Cancellation / Changes
    1). We, Entire Scotland, can cancel the service if The Client credit card cannot be debited the 10% deposit for any reason. The Accommodation Provider will be notified straight away after Entire Scotland attempt to contact The Client fails
    .

  12. 2). We, Entire Scotland, also hold the right to cancel the booking should there be a discrepancy on the prices submitted. Entire Scotland will be allowed 24 hours to cancel the booking by email or phone call. This means Entire Scotland can overrule the Accommodation Providers confirmation.

    3). Should The Client decide to change or cancel the arrangements within the contract made through the Entire Scotland group they should then contact the Accommodation Provider as their booked service has been booked direct with the individual Accommodation Provider as you, The Client will fall under the Accommodation Providers terms and conditions.


  13. Reference No.
    All the Accommodation Providers have their own booking and reservation systems, so when arriving at the accommodation, the name of the lead guest - which is The Client name or name The Client has used for the booking on our form - will be The Clients's contact name at the accommodation, i.e. the accommodation room will be reserved under that name.


  14. Final Bill
    The Clients's final bill from the Accommodation Provider will be 10% less than originally quoted when booked from the Accommodation Provider as The Client 10% deposit would already have been deducted. The Client will not be charged any more monies other than other accommodation services that you have used.  The Client is responsible for paying in full for any other expense at the accommodation, which are not explicitly covered by the original quotation through the Entire Scotland group booking system (e.g. Room service, telephone, Internet, newspapers etc.).

  15. Privacy
    Entire Scotland Group uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy.  Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking with the relevant accommodation of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.



  16. Accommodation Discrepancies
    Entire Scotland cannot be held responsible for any advertising details that are not correct at any time.  Details listed on our sites regarding accommodations are up to date, to the best of our knowledge.  We welcome any contact from our website visitors or accommodation provider to shed light on discrepancies regarding on site advertising should be addressed to us from our contact us page where full contact details are listed.



  17. Age of Booking.
    You must be at least 18 years of age to book accommodation on the Entire Scotland Group.


  18. Right to Cancel
    We, Entire Scotland, reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. If any booking was confirmed within 12 hours of this change then we will refund any credit card deposit that was taken by, Entire Scotland, after Accommodation Providers initial confirmation.


  19. 10% Deposit
    "The Client" 10% card deposit will show on the The Client statement under "Entire Scotland" unless if payment is by AMEX then it will show on The Client statement under "Glasgow Airport Millennium Taxis", who are owned by "Entire Scotland".


  20. Our Advice to the Client.
    1). Even though The Client has received confirmation from the Accommodation Provider, through Entire Scotland and been contacted by the Accommodation Providers own services, we always advise the client to contact the Accommodation Provider by phone call to make sure services are in order with The Clients booking.

    2). We would like you, The Client and the Accommodation Providers feedback on using our service and also your stay at the accommodation that has been booked through our system. We may advertise this information on our site to give our visitors and accommodation providers some insight but no contact details of The Client will be displayed. If the The Client does make a comment on their stay then the Accommodation Providers will be able to reply regarding the original comment. (We may change the)

  21. We, Entire Scotland and its group of companies agree to obey with our own terms and conditions upon reservation with an accommodation provider through Entire Scotland group of companies. You the client are legally binding to conform to each accommodation's terms and conditions and their cancellation policy. Entire Scotland Group and their affiliated companies cannot be held responsible however, neither we nor any of our affiliated companies shall be liable for (I) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of production, loss of profit, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the accommodation as made available on our websites or through our secure system, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the hotel, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or (v) for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, wilful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the accommodation (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.

  22. If we, Entire Scotland and its group of companies have any technical issues with our bookingcentral then we have the power to take the system offline in order to review, fix the system. We cannot be held liable for any loss of earning, promotion or any other advantage that bookingcentral has been offering to, The Client and the Accommodation Providers.
